How much does a Virtual Assistant cost?

Will I save money by hiring you?

Can you really save me time?

These are the first questions most people ask. Employing staff comes with many costs. Recruitment costs, holiday pay, sickness pay, tax and national insurance. Then you’ll need to provide an office for them to work in, and purchase equipment for them to do their job. The costs just keep on coming.

Hiring a virtual assistant means you don’t need to take on a permanent member of staff.

I offer pay-as-you-go options and retainer packages. Every client has different needs so I try to be as flexible as possible. Additionally, if you have a one-off project or you can’t see what you need below, get in touch and I’ll customise a package that works better for you.

Pay as you go which is great if you don’t need regular assistance.

Retainer packages are set packages (see below) for those who know exactly what they need.

Project packages – quoted on an individual basis. Bespoke packages for one off projects and bookkeeping.

All hours are tracked on time management software and a report is supplied with your invoice.

The following services are billed at cost: postage, stationery, printing and copying.
